Typically 3-5 cruise ships a week call to Cork Harbor. Most berth at the berth next to the Cobh train station (which provides Cobh with a couple of thousand tourists for the day). Also used: the deep water berth (DWB) at Ringaskiddy ship terminal, which is a deep water port that can handle larger liners and ferries; and Horgan’s Quay (a small terminal in Downtown Cork City).

Cargo ships use the cargo container terminals at Ringaskiddy and Tivoli, Compressed Gas facilities at Tivoli and Whitegate, and bulk goods are unloaded at Horgan’s Quay. Also, ships will frequently anchor at Marino Point, the shipyards at Rushbrooke, and at various small quays around Cobh.
