Cork City–Area around the Train Station:
Mother Jones Flea Market (corner MacCurtain St. and York Street) (open Friday-Sunday). About a dozen dealers situated in an old bakery building on the northside a few blocks from Cork Kent train station.
Antique and curio shops along St. Patrick’s Quay. It’s A Deal is the most prominent shop–a one or two more are alongside it.
Stoke’s Clocks and Watches on MacCurtain St. sell and repairs vintage timepieces and silverware.
Cork City– In Town:
Enable Ireland Charity Shop (two locations– 33 Plunkett St, and 32 N. Main St. This is a straight-ahead charity shop. Many Cork area charity shops put together a collection of higher-value items that get sold on Friday mornings.

There’s about 10 charitable organizations in the greater Cork area that host drive-in boot sales (flea markets with very low cost of entry for the dealers, but they charge a small admission fee to the public). Typically, each charity has a monthly sale, which means that every Sunday, there are two or three different sales going on. Usual hours are 9 am-2 pm.
Most boot sales are charity operations, and run once a month on a particular Sunday. There are three pro-operated boot sales that run every Sunday and are worth the longish (1.5 to 2 hour) drive:
General Antique-Hunting advice:
Dublin– Francis Street and Rathmines road. There are a cluster of antique stores on Francis Street, and many charity shops south of downtown on Rathmines road.
Kilkenny– Killkenny architectural salvage , charity shops downtown, and the Fethard and Castleinch boot sales every Sunday.

Kilbeggen (2.5 hour drive)– Used Pub and Hotel Equipment. Huge place, has signs, pub decorations, lamps, furniture etc. Great prices.
